Job Description

As a Software Support intern at Delta Infosoft Pvt Ltd you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers using our software applications and systems. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by promptly addressing their softwarerelated issues and inquiries. Collaboration with internal teams including development and quality assurance will be essential to troubleshoot and resolve problems effectively. You will also contribute to the implementation and integration of our software products for clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries technical issues and support requests through various communication channels including email phone and live chat.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and diagnose reported software issues to identify the root cause. Provide effective solutions or workarounds to resolve problems promptly.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions reported issues troubleshooting steps and solutions in our support knowledge base.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the development and quality assurance teams to escalate complex issues and ensure they are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest features updates and bug fixes for our software products. Communicate these updates to customers and assist with product training.
  • Software Installation and Integration: Assist customers with software installation configuration and integration with their existing systems.
  • Training: Provide comprehensive training to customers on software functionalities usage and best practices to maximize their productivity.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain an indepth understanding of the softwares architecture database structure and configurations to deliver accurate and efficient support.




Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Software Support executive or in a similar technical customer support role.
  • Job location : Palanpur
