Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Oversees the daily operations of the Human Resources Department.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Strong background in fullcycle recruiting sourcing and candidate assessment.
- Expertise in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing using various channels including social media job boards and networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with hiring managers candidates and other stakeholders.
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills with hiring managers internal teams and external partners.
- Networking skills to establish connections within the industry and build a talent pipeline.
- Datadriven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Comfortable negotiating job offers
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities industry trends and recruitment best practices.
- Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.
- Effective problemsolving skills to address challenges and obstacles in the recruitment process.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or a related field is preferred.
- 35 years of recruiting experience managing the entire lifecycle (sourcing interviewing talent process) as well as data analysis benchmarking and reporting.
