PwC Corporate Finance is Greeces leader in Mergers & Acquisitions consistently undertaking more transactions than other adviser. The team is frequently involved in many highprofile transactions covering a wide range of sectors. Our client base consists primarily of large Greek and multinational corporates private equity funds and financial investors.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about corporate finance eager to work on complex transactions driven to learn & develop into a worldclass financial adviser a strong communicator with highly emotional intelligence motivated to take initiative and ownership over their work and keen to collaborate with different teams across PwC.
Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team
As a Corporate Finance Associate/Senior Associate you will become an integral part of our dynamic and fastpaced environment collaborating with toptier professionals who are renowned for their expertise and commitment to excellence. You will have the chance to work on cuttingedge financial transactions advise clients on strategic initiatives drive key decisions that impact businesses and the Greek economy and gain firsthand exposure to a wide range of industries.
As part of our team you will be exposed to the intricacies of financial analysis valuation techniques drafting of marketing materials including pitch books and presentations and the complexities of deal . You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams interact with Csuite executives and build relationships with influential clients gaining invaluable experience and expanding your professional network. Your contributions will directly influence the success of our clients and the growth of PwC.
What we are looking for
24 years of working experience
Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign university (Bachelors and Masters degree)
Analytical thinking and strong financial acumen to solve complex problems
Confident and positive attitude
Commitment to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships
Strong emotional intelligence collaboration and communication skills
Fluency in both Greek and English
Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable)
