Position: Banking Operations Manager (Hebrew)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and oversee banking operations to ensure smooth account management and transaction .
- Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions payment solutions and service providers.
- Manage the opening and ongoing administration of bank accounts.
- Ensure proper management of banking documentation including compliance with KYC and due diligence processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant banking regulations and internal company policies.
- Stay updated on banking trends regulations and industry developments.
- Collaborate with senior management and the finance team on key banking initiatives.
- Provide oversight and guidance on financial documentation and reporting procedures.
- Support business development efforts by identifying new banking opportunities and solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and financial institutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Hebrew (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication as well as English fluency (B2.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics or a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of experience in a managerial role within banking or a related sector.
- Strong network and relationships within the banking industry.
- Proven experience in opening and managing new bank accounts.
- Comprehensive knowledge of banking processes payment solutions and financial regulations.
- Experience managing KYC due diligence and compliance procedures.
- Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Effective leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
