Foreman (Planned Maintenance)
I am working alongside a recognised Northern Irish Contractor in their search for an Experienced Foreman to join their team. With over 35 years experience within the construction industry this company is a leading provider of quality homes throughout the province. Due to continuous growth they now seek a Foreman to join their Planned Maintenance team.

The Role:
This role will task you with the supervision of all site activities across planned maintenance projects across Northern Ireland. You will promote and operate safe working on site and help ensure the completion of work on time and within budget.
The Person:
- 3 years experience as a Site Foreman
- Must have experience in Social Housing Projects across NI
- Full Driving Licence
- CSR Gold Supervisor Card or equivalent.
- Ideally coming from a trade background
