Job Description
Outside Unlimited is a large commercial landscape and snow removal company located in Concord New Hampshire that is actively seeking Lawn Maintenance Foreman.
The Lawn Maintenance Foreman will be responsible for:
Performing Lawn & Landscape Maintenance at our commercial properties
Experience using Exmark zero radius commercial mowers or similar equipment
Experience using string trimmers blowers and other small engine equipment
Ability to lead crew of 34
Ability to drive 1ton truck & trailer
Understands all aspects of landscape maintenance
Able to effectively communicate with crew members and Manager
Maintain a safe work environment
Takes pride in work
Ability to operate skid steer preferred but not required
Requirements of the Lawn Maintenance Foreman
23 years of previous experience required
Must be able to frequently lift up to 50lbs
Must have reliable transportation to and from our shop in Concord NH
This position requires the completion of a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record check upon the receipt of a job offer.
Pay Range $23.00to $30.00per hour DOE
