Exciting Opportunity in Manufacturing Join Our Winning Team!
Were seeking an experienced Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the safe efficient and costeffective operation of our facility. This key role will drive preventive and predictive maintenance oversee daily operations and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of maintenance professionals.
Implement and optimize preventive predictive and conditionbased maintenance strategies.
Oversee planning and scheduling to minimize downtime and maximize asset availability.
Manage maintenance budgets and resources ensuring topquartile cost performance.
Enforce safety compliance and environmental standards across all maintenance activities.
Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and RCM principles.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on maintenance performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a technical field or related discipline
7 years of progressive maintenance leadership experience.
Proficiency with CMMS software and ISO 55000 asset management principles.
Strong problemsolving leadership and communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment including exposure to noise dust and varying temperatures.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work on ladders and in confined spaces as needed.
