Job Description
Senior Product Manager AI
Location: Remote
Storable is looking for a Senior Product Manager AI to oversee the planning and delivery of AIdriven initiatives within our product suite. Your focus will be on optimizing management software workflows and improving the operator and tenant experiences through AI solutions improving client retention and generating incremental revenue. You will work crossfunctionally with product design marketing engineering client success sales and senior leadership to identify improvement areas and use datadriven methodologies to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and implement an outcomeoriented product strategy focused on AIdriven initiatives.
- Customer Understanding: Build relationships with our clients facility operators to understand their needs and identify opportunities to enhance using AI technology.
- DataDriven Insights: Analyze consumer behavior metrics and comparable experiences to validate the products direction and guide decisionmaking.
- Business Case Development: Clearly articulate the business case for changes define potential solutions and outline roadmaps to achieve those goals.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization to enact changes that align with the product strategy and ensure smooth rollouts.
- Communication & Transparency: Regularly communicate improvements milestones and results companywide to ensure transparency and alignment with business goals.
- Product Delivery Leadership: Lead a dedicated product delivery team through daytoday scrum activities providing clear product direction.
- Ideation & Prioritization: Guide ideation vetting and prioritization of product features in collaboration with marketing design analytics and engineering.
- Backlog Management: Manage a prioritized backlog of features infrastructure improvements and bug fixes.
- Impact Measurement: Measure and communicate the impact of strategic bets and delivered work.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of product management experience preferably in a B2B2C online environment.
- Experience working with AI products and solutions ensuring they align with customer needs and enhance business value.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to predict measure and communicate the financial impact of changes.
- Excellent communication skills to present business cases and product strategy to varied audiences.
- Resourcefulness and problemsolving skills with the ability to navigate hard conversations to achieve desired outcomes.
- Comfortable balancing user empathy design considerations and datadriven decisionmaking.
- Experience working in a nimble Agile Scrum product delivery organization.
- Ability to write actionable and detailed product requirements for engineering and design teams.
- Proven ability to independently manage projects and teams from inception through to successful .
