Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented individual to join our Client Company as a Bus Captain. You will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our Passengers. This is a fulltime position based in Vijayawada AP India and is suitable for freshers with less than 1 year of experience.
Only for Males Age: 19 30 max
Experience: 0 3 years freshers and experience can apply
More suitable if you have experience in travel tourism or the hospitality Industry.
Work Location: Benz Circle Vijayawada AP
Salary: 2 LPA 2.5 LPA Incentives
The night shift starts after 6 pm.
Work Profile:
Responsible for spot bookings and keeping daily accounts of the same.
Traveling bybus and coming backthenext day 8 to 14 hours travel time).
Flexibility to work varying hours including early mornings late evenings weekends and holidays
Owning the responsibilityof boardingthe passengers onour buses.
Reaching allotted bus boarding point on time and assisting passengersinreaching their respective seats.
Ensuring facilities on the bus are as promised to our customers hence maintaining a dailychecklist.
Calling passengersif theydont arrive on time and guiding them to the boarding point.
Assisting passengers concerning their needs and promised amenities during the journey.
Involvingall the stakeholders to highlight the issues and improve the passenger experience.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills with proficiency in English and Telugu languages
Experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
Ability to manage time and meet schedules effectively
Flexibility to work varying hours including early mornings late evenings weekends and holidays
Good understanding of traffic rules safety regulations and other relevant laws
Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports
Excellent customer service skills
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
