Clinical Pharmacist in Seaside OR.
- FullTime/Day Shift
- $10000 Signon Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by the hospital that begin on your first day of employment.
- The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of highquality individualized costeffective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patients medication therapy outcomes and quality of life
- Performs all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the sisters of the hospitals mission and philosophy.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- PharmD Pharmacy Or Bachelors Degree Pharmacy
- Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Acute care hospital pharmacy experience 1 year or equivalent experience
- Completion of ASHPaccredited PGY1 residency
