Qualification : BE / Diploma Mechanical

Job Description :
Objective Increasingproduction capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
- Planning organizing directing and running optimum daytoday operations
- Responsible for production output product quality and outtime shipping
- Effective resource allocation and full utilization of assets to produce optimal results
- To Monitor all operations and trigger corrective actions
- To assure to have safety measures at plant
- Corrective action to prevent wastage
- To assure proper and cost effective usage of power supply
- To analyse production plan and estimate the required manpower.
- To assure time management in every aspect of plant and keep the track of the same
- Keep updated with latest production management best practices and concepts
- Act as a mentor to all workers/supervisors/ freshers and keep them upgrading
- Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors
