Job Overview
We are looking for a Field Sales Manager to join our team at CredR. As a Field Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales performance and managing a team of sales executives. This role requires a solid understanding of field sales exceptional leadership skills and the ability to achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in field sales
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Selfmotivated and targetoriented
- Proficient in sales reporting and analysis
- Knowledge of the used automobile market is a plus
- Bachelors degree in business or related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and lead a highperforming sales team
- Set sales goals and objectives for the team
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Identify new business opportunities and key potential clients
- Manage and nurture client relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Provide training and mentorship to the sales team
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Participate in sales meetings and conferences
- Ensure timely delivery of sales targets
