Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree completed by start date with minimum of 2 years of experience in an enrollment services area customer service marketing/sales or related field. One of those years working with students and can include pertinent experience earned prior to bachelors degree completion. Demonstrated success participating as a member of an interdependent work team. Demonstrated success communicating with students and others about enrollment services or related policies and procedures. Valid Drivers License.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree Experience with Salesforce Slate Marketing Cloud Banner or similar complex CRM /ERPs.
