Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customerfocused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts providing exceptional service to clients and ensuring policy compliance and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts including reviewing policy coverage responding to inquiries and processing policy changes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing exceptional customer service and addressing their insurance needs
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes negotiate coverage and ensure policy compliance
  • Stay uptodate on industry regulations and changes that may impact client policies
  • Assist with claims processing and provide support to clients as needed
  • Prepare renewal packets and coordinate renewal process with clients and carriers

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the insurance industry
  • Knowledge of AMS systems preferably Applied EPIC (AM) and experience with Personal Lines: Standard (AM)
  • Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products and coverage options
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with a high level of attention to detail
  • Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Insurance licensure or willingness to obtain licensure within a specified time frame

Daytoday

As a Personal Lines Account Manager you will spend your days managing client accounts communicating with insurance carriers and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for reviewing and processing policy changes and building strong relationships with clients. Additionally you will stay informed about industry regulations assist with claims processing and prepare renewal packets for clients. Your role will be essential in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong retention rates.
