Schedule Weekly Hours:
24Gundersen Health System is seeking a parttime LPN for our 20bed General Medical Unit. This is your opportunity to work with in the full scope of your LPN license on a unit that cares for a little bit of everything from short stay observations patients to complex care for extended care patients.
What you will do:
- Work 48 hours every two week 0.6 FTE
- Work 8 hour shifts rotating day 6:30am 3pm) and pms 2:30pm 11pm) shifts; every other weekend and holiday
- LPNs work top of scope and provide care by doing things such as pass medication assessments hang IV fluids piggyback medications provide wound care and reinforce patient education.
- Partner with a team of RNs CNAs social workers dietitians respiratory therapy and physical therapy.

What you need:
- LPN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin
- BLS for healthcare providers
