Job Description
METECS is an engineering and applied technology company that provides highfidelity simulation and software development for commercial customers in the agriculture energy construction and sports marketing industries. Many of our solutions involve VR and AR technologies.
We are seeking a Program Manager toprovide leadership and technical oversight for our commercial contracts. Areas of focus include immersive and creative technologies application development hardware/software integration simulation virtual and augmented reality and visual creative services from concept development to animation and video production.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of highly skilled and motivated employees to ensure exceptional quality products and services are provided on time and within budget
- Build and maintain positive relationships to ensure a high level of customer engagement
- Support the identification and mitigation of project risks
- Implement and maintain efficient modern software processes
- Ensure compliance with contract and company policies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Advanced Degree with 8 years of experience in software development or a related technical field
- Proven leadership responsibilities and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills
- Proven ability to proactively collaborate and build relationships take initiative and creatively problem solve
- Excellent organizational and communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt to the changing needs of the customer while meeting deadlines
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Management of modern software development processes
