Role Description
We are seeking a fulltime HR Personnel to join our team in Pune. The HR Personnel will be responsible for providing operational and functional support to the organization. As the HR Personnel you will engage in a variety of duties including assisting with HR operations managing HR projects providing support for HR programs and initiatives and managing employee relations. This is an onsite role located in Pune.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in HR Operations
- Experience in HR Management
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) functions and practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and handle confidential information
- Familiarity with Training & Development
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or other related field
- Certification in Human Resources (HR) is desirable
- Experience in a professional services company is advantageous
