Global Atlantic Financial Group has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Intern to participate in our robust 10week summer internship program. Through this experience the intern will learn about life insurance and annuity operations customer service business processes and much more. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn through real workand hands onexperience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Exposure to the Operations organizationand leadershiplearning about how Global Atlantic supports ourpolicy holders
- Support reporting and data analytics projects
- Gain experience in multiple operations areas like relationship management customer service and new business resolution
- Ad hoc projects related to process efficiencyand optimization
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Pursuing a bachelors degree with a graduation date of May 2027
- Strong academic performance and campus involvement
- Strong attention to detailand a critical thinker
- Ability to learn new information quickly and efficiently
- Focus on teamwork and collaboration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excel and PowerPoint experience
