Contested Probate Solicitor (Senior Associate/Partner)
Location: Flexible/Remote working with offices in London and Manchester
Salary: per annum bonuses

Are you an accomplished Contested Probate Solicitor with 10 years PQE a strong client following and a passion for innovation Join our client where the team offer a 4day work week with full pay flexible work arrangements and the opportunity to lead a dynamic team.

Your Role:

  • Department Growth: Drive strategy expand client base and leverage technology to innovate.
  • Client Management: Handle complex contested probate cases including crossborder matters ensuring outstanding client service.
  • Leadership: Mentor and manage team members fostering collaboration and excellence.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Expertise in contentious probate 10 years PQE).
  • Proven track record of generating new business with a strong client following.
  • Experience in international and crossborder probate.
  • Leadership skills and techsavviness to enhance legal operations.
