Scheduled Weekly Hours:
30We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our Vision Services Team as a Laser Vision Coordinator!
What Youll Do: A Laser Vision Coordinator is responsible for managing the patient experience throughout the laser eye surgery process from initial consultations to postoperative care. They educate patients about the procedures answer questions and ensure that all necessary preoperative assessments are completed. Additionally the coordinator collaborates with ophthalmologists and other healthcare professionals to streamline scheduling and maintain high standards of patient care.
What Is Available:
- Work 30 hours a week
- Monday Friday Day Shift
- Location : Gundersen Eye Clinic La Crosse & Onalaska
- Have the opportunity to travel to other Gundersen optical locations

What Youll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalency oneyear postsecondary education in Business Marketing or Healthcare related field
- 5 to 7 years of experience in eye care or customer service positions.
