Senior Quality Control Inspector

We are currently seeking aSenior Quality Control Inspectorwho thrives on precision and excellence. In this role youll perform critical inspections mentor others and ensure the highest standards of quality across all stages of production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Highlevel programming and operation ofCMM with PCDMIS software(Required).
- Process and manage deviations for both customer and internal projects.
- Mentor and train junior inspectors to build a strong and capable QC Team.
- Perform complex inspections using both manual gages and advanced programmable equipment to verify conformance with specifications.
- Document inspection results with accuracy and clarity using both forms and software systems.
- Follow and ensure adherence to procedures work instructions standards and customerspecific requirements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 710 yearsof Quality Control experience in precision machining
- Expertise inGD&T(Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Aerospace industry experience aplus.
- Proficiency with tools such as comparators microhites micrometers calipers and indicators.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to adapt to a fastpaced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with quality standards such asAS9100.
