Job Description
Title: Workout Anytime Gym Personal Trainer for the East Rochester PA location.
Personal Training Certificate is required.
Parttime commission available.

We are looking for candidates who are PASSIONATE about fitness and helping others achieve their goals. We are interested in hardworking and committed individuals who can thrive in a TEAM environment! The customer service of a WORKOUT ANYTIME PT must be outstanding! We are not only taking these individuals through oneonone training but we are also teaching them to implement HIT cardio weight training and a whole food nutritional program to provide consistently amazing results! We are VERY passionate about helping our clients achieve any and all of their goals in a healthy and effective way.

Responsibilities:
- Ability to conduct success session and personal/group trainings as a certified trainer. (Experience and /or related degrees are encouraged but on the job training will be provided)
- Ensure all prospect/guest information is entered into the club management software system (Club OS/Data Track) and complete all required tracking forms and processes.
- Respond to member and guest concerns suggestions and complaints in a timely professional and consistent manner. If you are unable to resolve the issue please communicate the issue to the owner.
- Selling PT and ensure that members are working out safely and effectively. Offer assistance and guidance when they are not.
- Clock in and out for all work shifts and breaks.
- All other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Nationally certified Personal Trainers (ACE ISSA NASM etc. is REQUIRED.
- Demonstrated ability to sell members and Personal/Group trainings
- Outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills
- Enjoys interacting with a diverse group of people
- Passion for fitness and Changing lives
- Motivated entrepreneur who is a team player
- Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment with demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and demands.
- Flexibility in response to unexpected changes in work assignments.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 18 years old with a valid drivers license
- Sales background is preferred
- Familiar with Data Track or previous fitness industry experience is a plus
