Job Description
- BCom Degree with completed articles.
- Minimum of 3 years postarticles experience.
- Insurance industry experience is essential.
- Solid technical experience in handling claims and reconciliations.
- Experience managing a team of at least 2 Junior Accountants.
- Strong proficiency in financial systems and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all accounting operations.
- Handle technical aspects related to claims and reconciliations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Junior Accountants.
- Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to support financial processes.
- Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures.
