Job Description

Position Summary:
As a Senior Consulting Associate you will play a key role in delivering strategic solutions for clients across various industries. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to analyze business problems develop recommendations and implement solutions that drive measurable impact. This position demands strong analytical skills client-facing experience and the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently or with limited supervision.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Delivery

Support and lead aspects of client engagements from planning through implementation.

Conduct interviews gather business requirements and analyze data to identify trends and insights.

Prepare and deliver client presentations and reports with actionable recommendations.

Ensure high-quality project deliverables within timeline and budget.

Project Management

Manage small teams or workstreams ensuring effective collaboration and resource management.

Coordinate with stakeholders and project team members to meet project objectives.

Monitor risks resolve issues and communicate updates to leadership and clients.

Strategic Analysis

Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support problem-solving.

Develop financial models market assessments and operational improvement analyses.

Apply frameworks and structured thinking to complex business problems.

Internal Development

Contribute to thought leadership proposal development and practice-building initiatives.

Mentor and coach junior consultants and analysts.


Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Business Economics Engineering or a related field (MBA or relevant Masters preferred).

10-15 years of experience in management consulting or a related strategic role.

Proven track record of success in a client-facing consulting environment.

Excellent problem-solving communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).

Strong organizational and time management skills.


Additional Information :

Preferred Attributes:

Industry experience in sectors such as Healthcare Financial Services TechnologyFMCG Energy Manufacturing.

Experience with change management digital transformation or operational improvement.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
