Job Description
Responsibilities & Qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide management oversight of team or support on the following systems/technologies (but not limited to)
- Full control and responsible for performance on requirements
- Responsible for personnel management on program
- Demonstrate IT experience within past 3 years of similar size/scope
- Experience in supervising large IT service contracts
- Experience in management of system modernization projects
- Collaboration with customers partners and other stakeholders
- Experience in cost control and management of technical and financial reports (weekly/monthly)
We are going after 2 Functional Categories and need a Program Manager for both:
FC4 Infrastructure Network Telecommunication Tier 2/3 system administration/engineering services
- Network or Telecom
FC5 Enterprise Service Desk Tiers 0/1/2 support services enduser support Desktop services to include but not limited to Asset Management
- Service Desk
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Bachelors degree in related field; preferred Masters degree in IT or MBA
- Proven experience managing large enterprise IT contracts
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- ITIL and PMP certifications (current); prefer CSM
- U.S. Citizen; minimum of SECRET clearance (and clearable to TOP SECRET)
