The University of Portland located in Portland Oregon USA invites applications for a tenuretrack position as an Assistant Professor in the School of Nursing & Health Innovations to begin August 15 2025. The SONHI implements state of the art simulation in ambulatory acute and telemedicine facilities. Tenuretrack faculty are responsible for maintaining teaching obligations participation in student advising service on committees in the school as well as the greater University public relations roles involvement in professional associations and public service. Professional goals for tenuretrack faculty include upholding the tripartite role of teaching scholarship and service within the University and to the nursing community. All tenuretrack faculty are expected to demonstrate a habit of scholarship which requires dissemination in various venues to the nursing profession.
