Job Summary
As a Senior AssociateWe are seeking a skilled Copado Release Manager to oversee and manage the
release process of our Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with
Copado strong project management skills and a solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.PwC
Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain detailed release schedules coordinating with various stakeholders.
Oversee environment configurations and manage deployment pipelines in Copado.
Ensure rigorous quality assurance practices are followed including automated testing.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with software releases.
Maintain thorough documentation of release processes and configurations.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders about release plans progress and issues.
Conduct postrelease reviews and implement improvements based on feedback
Review your work and that of others for quality accuracy and relevance.
Develop and maintain release schedules including major releases service packs and hotfixes.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on release dates and deliverables.
Manage release calendar to track all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Oversee the configuration and setup of environments for development testing and production.
Ensure proper version control and environment synchronization.
Manage deployment pipelines and environmentspecific settings in Copado
Able to read situations and modify behavior to build quality relationships.
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing is conducted before releases.
Implement automated testing processes and integrate them into the release pipeline.
Monitor and report on release quality metrics.

As a member of our Application Evolution Services (AES) team we are looking for candidates who thrive
working in a highpaced work environment capable of working on a mix of critical Application Evolution
Service offerings and engagement including help desk support enhancement and optimization work as
well as strategic roadmap and advisory level work. It will also be key to lend experience and effort in
helping win and support customer engagements from not only a technical perspective but also a
relationship perspective.
Required Skills *:
6 to 10 years of experience in Salesforce with following skills
Have a good knowledge & strong Understanding on Copado.
Develop and maintain detailed release schedules coordinating with various stakeholders.
Oversee environment configurations and manage deployment pipelines in Copado.
Ensure rigorous quality assurance practices are followed including automated testing.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with software releases.
Maintain thorough documentation of release processes and configurations.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders about release plans progress and issues.

Serve as the primary point of contact for releaserelated inquiries and issues.
Communicate release status progress and any changes to stakeholders
