Job Description

Our client is a renowned global organization with a legacy of over 200 years of leadership in providing innovative and impactful solutions that span a variety of industries.We are looking for an experienced Treasury Capital Markets Manager to lead the management of our clients liquidity external funding and capital markets activities. This strategic role is critical to supporting the companys financial objectives and optimizing the capital structure. In this position you will oversee daily liquidity management debt issuance pension plan oversight stock repurchase programs and cash flow forecasting while also managing key relationships with financial institutions credit rating agencies and other stakeholders. You will lead a global team of 34 employees and work closely with senior leadership to drive the companys financial strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor a global team of 34 professionals providing strategic guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
    • Promote problemsolving process improvements and team development to enhance skillsets and maintain high employee engagement.
  • Financing Strategy & Planning:

    • Develop and execute financing plans perform indepth financial analysis and provide recommendations to senior leadership on capital structure financing objectives and special projects.
    • Oversee debt issuance manage covenants and collateral and develop strategies for longterm debt based on cash flow needs and market conditions.
  • Liquidity Management:

    • Monitor daily liquidity and credit facility requirements managing shortterm borrowings and ensuring compliance with borrowing terms.
    • Develop strategies for borrowing amounts and terms and manage related reporting and accounting processes.
  • Cash Flow & Dividend Strategy:

    • Lead cash flow forecasting and provide regular liquidity updates to senior leadership.
    • Assist in quarterly dividend recommendations to the CFO providing thorough analysis and insights for informed decisionmaking.
    • Support the annual review of the companys dividend policy and recommend adjustments as necessary.
  • Capital Markets Relationships:

    • Oversee the relationships with banks credit rating agencies and other financial institutions ensuring effective communication and management.
    • Prepare materials and participate in credit rating agency reviews providing necessary updates and updates on financial performance.
  • Stock Repurchase Programs & Pension Reporting:

    • Manage stock repurchase programs including strategy development structuring and .
    • Oversee pension reporting and collaborate with thirdparty providers accounting teams and actuaries to ensure accurate financial reporting on pension assets and liabilities.
  • M&A/Divestitures & Special Projects:

    • Provide financial analysis on credit rating impacts and financing strategies related to mergers acquisitions and divestitures.
    • Lead adhoc treasury projects and provide strategic support for key initiatives.




Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field (required).
    • MBA CFA and/or CPA preferred.
    • 7 years of experience in treasury corporate finance or capital markets with a proven track record in debt issuance liquidity management and financial planning.
    • Strong leadership experience with a global team ideally with expertise in debt structuring and capital markets transactions.
    • Analysis skills and a deep understanding of capital markets financing structures and liquidity management.
    • Strong proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and financial modeling tools.
    • Demonstrated ability to think strategically communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and manage complex financial initiatives.
    • Ability to work independently and under pressure managing multiple tasks and priorities.
    • High integrity and professionalism with a proactive and solutionsoriented approach to challenges.
    • Strong leadership mentoring and relationshipbuilding skills with a focus on driving team performance and growth.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
