Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive customer experience.
- Qualify leads and advise customers to visit the store to sell valuables or purchase Bullion and Numismatic Coins.
- Learn to identify test buy and sell precious metals coins currency and collectibles.
- Provide accurate appraisals and handle payouts efficiently.
- Contribute to upselling efforts and enhance customer reviews.
Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills including Google Gmail suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a fast learner.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays.
- Positive attitude cheerful disposition and a teamoriented mindset.
- Willingness to work collaboratively to achieve team goals.
Preferred Experience (Not Required):
- Sales Management or Bullion Investment Sales.
- Numismatics (rare coins) or Precious Metals knowledge.
- Antiques and Historical Americana.
- CRM experience call center business development or marketing management.
