**Key Responsibilities:**

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Lead motivate manage and grow a sales team to achieve set goals and foster professional growth.

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to adjust sales plans and strategies accordingly.
