Job Description

LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Training Coordinator to join our team.


Location: MacDill Air Force Base FL


Job Description:
The Training Coordinator develops tracks and maintains all training programs for Warrior Care Program (WCP) staff. This includes onboarding annual conferences and adhoc training based on evolving requirements.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop training programs that align with Comprehensive Recovery Plan (CRP) standards and WCP directives.
  • Track completion and maintain training records.
  • Coordinate logistics for training events and Recovery Care Coordinator (RCC) workshops.
  • Provide input on improvements to the training system and database.
  • Maintain a limited CRP caseload.
  • Other related duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications:

  • Current recovery care coordinator certification.
  • Current active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • At least 8 years of related experience as a Recovery Care Coordinator
  • Subject matter expertise in the Comprehensive Recovery Plan process.
  • Expertise in assessments training development and of recovery care programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Knowledge of DoD training requirements and CRP procedures.
  • Excellent planning coordination and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with LMS and database systems.
  • Ability to assess training needs and adjust curriculum accordingly.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
