Our Travel team is growing and we are looking for a Travel Coordinator to join us on our journey!
Youll manage corporate travel bookings policies and budgetsensuring every trip is smooth cost-efficient and hassle-free. Youll be the driving force behind a seamless travel experience from coordinating itineraries to maintaining our company apartments so every guest feels right at home. By following our procedures and keeping everything on track youll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and supporting Yolo Groups bigger goals.
Your day-to-day
- Book flights accommodation and transport for corporate travellers and VIP clients
- Manage travel changes cancellations and resolve travel-related issues as they arise
- Provide timely updates on travel policies visa rules and entry requirements
- Communicate clearly with internal employees external partners and vendors
- Coordinate apartment setup for relocating employees according to guidelines
- Greet and assist employees partners and guests at the airport or accommodation (as per schedule)
- Organize logistics for visiting partnerstravel accommodation meals etc.
- Handle group bookings for conferences trainings and events (incl. catering & transportation)
- Create detailed event/travel itineraries for group travel and distribute to attendees
- Support employees with travel-related questions and guide them through the travel app
- Collaborate with finance on travel reimbursements invoicing and budget tracking
Your background and mindset
- Strong organisational time management & prioritisation skills
- Proactive and self-driven - motivated by innovative ideas and a commitment to actualise them
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills and very good level of English
- Keen attention to detail adept at thriving in high-pressure situations and meeting tight deadlines
- Skilled at efficiently managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
- Inherent people-person qualities relishing the opportunity to collaborate with others and always willing to go the extra mile to deliver the best experience
- Familiarity with employment law or relocation process is beneficial
- Proficiency in JIRA and Excel with knowledge of GDS being a valuable bonus
