Job Description
Bill Dube Ford Toyota Service Department islooking for dedicated Service Technicians to help grow our new 24 bay service department and provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will have Ford and or Toyotaexperience but not a requirement. Able to flourish in a fastpaced and professional workplace.

Responsibilities
- Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
- Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnoses maintains and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes air conditioning
- Communicates directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
- 2 years of Service Technician experience recommended
- Ford and or Toyota certification a plus
- ASE Certification a plus
- Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic Computer skills
- Positive friendly attitude along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Team player
- Must have a valid drivers license
- New Hampshire inspection license a plus
- Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
