We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist that will be focused on handling customers purchasing orders for our Italian customers of Mobile Solutions Aftermarket.
As a Customer Service Specialist you will be developing strong relationships with the assigned accounts and supporting the sales team for continues market growth of this region.
This role is best suited for candidates with strong communication and administration skills & the ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service administration or logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monitor and followup customers purchasing orders
- Ensure effective service and administrative support for the assigned customer
- Provide delivery commitment to customers and followup on order activity to alert customers and sales team in case of discrepancies
- Manage invoice creation corrections and the return of the material activities
- Receive and process customer inquiries on standard pricing leadtime products and availability through an efficient and friendly communication with customers to maintain excellent customer relationships
- Coordinate internally with other departments such as sales logistics finance and production to keep all aware of customer activities
Profile:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service administration or logistics
- Working knowledge of MS Office packages and Outlook
- Knowledge of Oracle R12 incoterms payment terms and CRM are an asset
- Italian native and fluent English
- Flexibility ability to multitask to manage time and to adopt to changes
- Proactive attitude ability to take decisions when necessary and to be a time player
What its offered:
- Permanent contract
- Flexible work schedule 7 9:30 to 16 18:30
- Hybrid working model 3 days of remote work per week)
- Onboarding process will be in the office for a period of 2 months
- Daily shuttle bus from Pl. Espaa (Barcelona city) to our office (Terrassa)
