Job Description

Summary:

We are currently seeking a Group Product Manager to lead our Practice Area team. This role is crucial for supporting and advancing our products tailored to specific legal practice areas such as personal injury firms legal aid firms and future verticals. This role is available to candidates across Canada (excluding Quebec) and the US. If you are local to one of our hubs (Burnaby Calgary or Toronto) you will be expected to be in office twice per week on our Anchor Days.


What your team does:

The Practice Area team focuses on delivering and enhancing products that meet the specific needs of different legal practices. With a current emphasis on personal injury and legal aid firms initially the team will also explore and expand into other areas adapting Clios solutions and product suite to fit the unique needs of specialized legal firms and teams.

Compensation is one of the main components of Clios Total Rewards Program. We have developed a series of programs and processes to ensure we are creating fair and competitive pay practices that form the foundation of our human and highperforming culture.

Some highlights of our Total Rewards program include:

The full salary range* for this role is $192000 to $240000 to $288000 CAD.Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.

In addition this role is eligible for variable pay that is based on company performance with actual payout amounts calculated and paid on a quarterly basis.

*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
