AD Coordinator monitors a variety of tasks related to Administrative Guidance Program for Nuclear Policies Program/Process Descriptions Administrative and Technical Procedures. The Coordinator reports to the AD Program Owner (PO) and ensures the PSEG Nuclear Procedure Program is maintained IAW regulation licensing basis and quality assurance program. The Procedure Program defines the creation revision review and approval of all Procedures and Training and Reference Materials (T&RMs) for PSEG Nuclear Salem and Hope Creek Stations.
This position is responsible for ensuring technical guidance training performance metrics and governance and oversight of the Procedure Administrative Program for PSEG Nuclear and contract personnel.
Successful candidate can transition into a hybrid work situation 2 days onsite per week).
Coordinator and Subject Matter Expert for PSEG Nuclear Administration Document (AD) Platform
Define evaluate and provide recommendations for program compliance and enhancements to maintain industry excellence
Maintain all aspects of creating revising and reviewing AD program documents
Implement and support an Electronic Procedure Approval application to standardize the procedure approval process; gain efficiency and improvement to decrease the time it takes to review and approve procedures
Coordinate/implement the strategy to improve procedure updates to the PSEG standard Microsoft Word templates for implementing and administrative procedures. Provide training on different aspects of the AD Program including the use of associated software in individual or group settings.
Conduct periodic detailed AD Program Workshops for Administrative and Technical Procedures
Execute/ Coordinate AD Working Group
Develop/Maintain AD Performance Metrics
Perform Benchmarking and review OPEX
Perform Governance and Oversight of Station/Corporate implementation of AD Process
Perform other assignments as directed
Successful candidate should demonstrate working knowledge of applicable licensing requirements for control of procedures. Candidate must have excellent demonstrated interpersonal skills working with individuals groups and all levels of the organization.
HS Diploma or GED
Working level awareness of 10CFR50.59
Three years or more experience in procedure writing preparing processing within the Nuclear industry or technical writing in another highlyregulated industry
Knowledge of Corrective Action and Self Assessments as related to quality management systems(e.g. ASME NQA1 or ISO 9001
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills working with all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
Support of offhours outage support Emergency Preparedness weekend and shift work may be required.
Support of additional Records Management program requirements/responsibilities may be required.
Functional knowledge of DCRMS and SAP (ECM and ERP tools)
Excellent availability/attendance record to support weekend back/mid shift coverage as assigned support Emergency Plan and Outages as required.
Capable of applying nuclear industry standards and regulatory requirements
Must meet Nuclears requirements for unescorted plant access.

Familiarity with AP 907005 Procedure Writers Manual (Industry Standard)
Ability to meet the requirements of ANSI/ANS 3.11981 for independent technical reviewer/station qualified reviewer (SQR)
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word (including advanced formatting and use of macroenabled templates) in relation to the AD Program.
Availability to support benchmarking initiatives including travel to other industry locations.
