About your new employer:

About the role:

• Preparing and reviewing contracts of sale transfer documents and settlement statements.
• Conducting title searches and ensuring all legal requirements are met.
• Liaising with clients solicitors real estate agents and financial institutions.

The ideal candidate:

• An experienced conveyancer with at least 2 years experience and can hit the ground running.
• Extremely proficient with PEXA.
