Essential Responsibilities:
- Coordinate upgrades rebuilds or new designs of transmission or distribution lines.
- Support the production of overhead transmission and distribution line designs.
- Participate in field surveys evaluate structure strengths and ensure compliance with NESC and client electrical clearances.
- Assist in preparing construction packages and responding to construction inquiries.
- Perform other duties as assigned with a willingness to adapt as needed.
- Travel up to 25.
Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Civil Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 01 years of experience in power line design is preferred.
- Passed F.E. Exam (EngineerInTraining) or planning to obtain.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus.
- Valid drivers license for multistate travel.
