Location: Paseo de la Castellana (Coln) Madrid.
Type: Fulltime
Languages: Fluent Spanish & English (Other European languages like German or French are a plus)
Education: Degree in IT or related field Certifications (e.g. CIA CISA are a plus
Your Mission
Join our Group Audit team and play a key role in safeguarding our technological integrity. As an Experienced IT Auditor youll lead and support audits that identify risks promote best practices and ensure were aligned with internal standards and external regulations.
What Youll Be Doing
Audit Planning &
Plan and execute audits within the Group Audit Plan ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams including Data Analytics and process experts
Deliver clear structured audit reports and ensure timely followup of audit findings
Risk & Remediation
Identify weaknesses and risks; propose feasible valueadding solutions
Support continuous risk assessments using data analytics tools
Monitor changes in IT and Information Security contributing to the annual risk profile assessment
Stakeholder Collaboration
Maintain transparent trustbased relationships with key stakeholders
Contribute to audit methodology improvements and share best practices
Support ad hoc analyses investigations and reporting for Senior Management
Your Profile
Experience & Knowledge
7 years of experience in IT Audit Risk Management or related fields (preferably in financial services)
Strong understanding of IT frameworks methodologies and technologies including cloud cyber & information security
Experience using analytics tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Familiarity with audit standards and best practices
Mindset & Skills
Analytical thinker with a structured and detailoriented approach
Able to work independently while thriving in collaborative settings
Strong verbal and written communication in Spanish & English
Curious proactive serviceminded and driven by quality
Willingness to travel up to 4 weeks per year within Europe
Bonus Points
Audit certifications: CIA CISA
Knowledge of French or German
Passion for continuous improvement tech risk and governance
