To support our rapid growth we are looking for a drivenCommercial Director (kaufm. Geschftsfhrer) NRW Germany (m/f/d) who will play a pivotal role in leading and optimizing the commercial operations of multiple eye clinics in NRW. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic oversight performance management team leadership and collaboration with crossfunctional teams. Your commitment to excellence will contribute to achieving business targets enhancing patient satisfaction and fostering the growth of Sanoptis presence in the region.

In this role you will
  • Lead the commercial operations of multiple eye clinics within the assigned region ensuring strict adherence to Sanoptis policies procedures and quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics patient satisfaction levels and financial indicators to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and achieve business objectives.
  • Define performance objectives offer support conduct performance evaluations and cultivate a positive work environment that promotes effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Country and local medical professionals to formulate regional strategic plans in alignment with Sanoptis overarching goals. Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives for individual clinics consistently assessing progress and making necessary adaptations.
  • Identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities within the region including the establishment of local addon practices.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing and promotional strategies to amplify patient volume and expand market share working in close coordination with the marketing team.
  • Monitor the financial performance of clinics encompassing revenue expenses and profitability. Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to develop and manage budgets financial forecasts and costcontrol measures.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with local medical practitioners facilitating their career progression and identifying opportunities for professional success.
  • Provide regular comprehensive reports and updates to the Regional Director and Head of Country offering insights into clinic performance notable achievements challenges and actionable recommendations.

  • Renowned specialists in the field of ophthalmology including some of the leading experts and pioneers in vision care.
  • Senior leaders and executives at Sanoptis including the Chief Operating Officer and the leadership team responsible for clinical innovation and service excellence.
  • A dedicated and skilled team of healthcare professionals and medical assistants who are at the forefront of patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Interdisciplinary teams across our network including technology experts working on the latest advancements in ophthalmic treatment and digital healthcare solutions.
You will be successful if you have
  • Substantial relevant work experience in demanding environments such as leadership roles in clinic/MVZ management corporate development strategy consulting or similar positions.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector (advantageous but not essential).
  • Demonstrated capacity to excel in a dynamic environment with the ability to produce and communicate business and financial analyses at an executive level.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to assume significant responsibilities and drive independent problemsolving.
  • A proven track record in stakeholder management including the ability to influence without formal authority and secure a significant role in decisionmaking.
  • High emotional intelligence empathy and a knack for fostering positive relationships.
  • Exceptional judgment discretion and the ability to manage confidentiality effectively.
  • Strong organizational and process management skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity meticulous attention to detail and a fervent passion for innovative problemsolving.
  • The ability to be a collaborative team player with an exemplary work ethic leading by example.
  • Native Germanspeaking skill (or similar level) in combination with a good command of English.
  • A drive to deliver results thriving in a fastpaced highresponsibility environment.
