Job Description
Job Title: ItalianSpeaking Content Moderator
Location: Porto Portugal
Employment Type: Fulltime Onsite
About the Role:
We are looking for an Italianspeaking Content Moderator to join our team in Porto Portugal. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe and respectful online environment by reviewing and moderating usergenerated content. If you are fluent in Italian and have a keen eye for identifying policy violations this is an exciting role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate user content ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Identify and report inappropriate content to maintain a safe online environment.
- Work closely with internal teams to enhance content review policies.
- Ensure accurate and timely decisionmaking in content moderation.
- Stay informed about changes in community standards and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian (C1 or native level) and strong English skills (B2 level or above).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make sound judgments.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced technologydriven environment.
- Previous experience in moderation customer service or a similar field is advantageous.
- Willingness to work shifts including evenings and weekends.
