Technical Customer Service (German)
Position Details:
- Language Requirement: German
- Location: Lisbon Portugal
- Job Type: OnSite
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
- Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
- Days Off: 2 days rotational
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: 1100 14 payments/year)
- Performance Bonus: 135 12 payments/year)
- Meal Allowance: 120 12 payments/year)
- Welcome Bonus: 3000
Job Description:
As a Search Engine/Technical Customer Service Representative you will:
- Provide technical support to customers in German regarding search enginerelated issues.
- Resolve technical inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams where necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards through rotational shifts.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (C1/native level).
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Availability to work rotational shifts onsite in Lisbon.
