Job Posting: Sales Representative (German English)
Position Details:
- Role: Sales Representative
- Language Requirement: German English
- Location: Athens Greece
- Job Type: Hybrid
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday:
- 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- 3 rotational shifts:
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Compensation:
- Base Salary: 1760/month 14 payments/year)
Job Description:
As a Sales Representative CSAM you will:
- Engage in customer service and account management tasks.
- Support sales efforts by building positive and effective customer relationships.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications in German and English.
- Ensure targets are met while delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a high standard of service quality.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (C1/native level) and English (C1 level).
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment and rotational shifts.
