Job Description

Our client is a wellrespected multinational IT services firm with more than 3000 employees and a foothold across 5 Southeast Asian countries working with some of the biggest names in the Silicon Valley.

They are searching for an aggressive yet peoplesavvy Business Development Manager (ERP) with deep expertise selling SaaS and ERP solutions to midsized and large enterprises.

The ideal candidate will be a master at consultative selling for SAP NetSuite Odoo Yonyou MS365 and other comparable systems. This role is critical for driving the companys enterprise sales strategy and expanding their footprint in the region.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify qualify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries and markets.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with decisionmakers (CIOs CFOs COOs) to understand business pain points and position ERP solutions effectively.
  • Solution Selling: Present tailored ERP solutions based on client needs focusing on business transformation process automation and operational efficiency.
  • Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Lead RFP processes prepare proposals and negotiate pricing and contracts with enterprise clients.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay up to date with ERP trends and competitors to identify gaps and sharpen our value proposition.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product and technical teams to ensure client requirements are addressed during the presales and implementation phases.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets contributing to the companys growth objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 37 years of progressive experience in enterprise software sales preferably with the mentioned ERP platforms (SAP Netsuite Odoo Yonyou MS365.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a manner that is easy to understand by nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Experience with longer sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Plus if you have experience selling in multiple SEA countries.
  • Must be a permanent resident or citizen of Singapore.
  • Bachelors degree in Business IT or related fields.
