Take the Lead in Driving New Business!

Were looking for a gogetter Sales Professional to expand our book of business and make a real impact! This newly created outbound B2B sales role is all about building relationships and securing contracts with local and regional prospects. Our home office is out of our Lisle IL office (just outside Chicago). Depending on where youre located youll have the opportunity meet with our local market contacts or hit the road and grow our reach even further!

To be successful in this role you should have a strong understanding of the daytoday operations of a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or other types of nonhospital inpatient centers.  Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a SNF (or related geriatric setting) education as an administrator or business development experience selling service contracts within these settings.

  • Build Meaningful Relationships: Cultivate strong longterm partnerships with key decisionmakers by understanding their needs and delivering real healthcare solutions.

  • Seal the Deal: Lead prospects through the sales courtshipyour persistence today could mean a signed contract next week or even next year!
  • Track Success & Celebrate Wins: Stay on top of sales performance track leads and share progress with CSuite Leadership as you crush goals and drive company growth.

Qualifications :

Some organizations call this position a Business Development Specialist or Client Development Manager or even an Account Manager.  No matter how you refer to it our Sales Representative will be intertwined with our executive leadership team to drive business goals.  

If you have experience selling service contracts in the healthcare / medical industry and have a network of contacts ready to tap into we want to talk to you!  Whether youre coming from a contract rehabilitation firm a DME company or a consulting background this is your chance to leverage your expertise and drive real growth.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

Industry KnowHow: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Healthcare Administration or a healthrelated field.

Proven Sales Success: 5 years of B2B sales in medical / healthcare with a track record of winning new business and expanding into fresh markets.

Closer Mentality: You know how to turn opportunities into signed contracts.
