POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direct supervision of the Tennis Coordinator the Tennis Instructor will maintain a safe professional respectful and positive atmosphere for our members and guests. Tennis Instructors will supervise tennis activities techniques and classes and ensure the tennis courts are in a safe working order.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Teach and assist in classes
2. Lead private and semiprivate appointments
3. Knows understands and consistently applies safety rules policies and guidelines for the tennis center
4. Prior experience in tennis preferred
5. Performs equipment checks and ensures appropriate equipment is available as needed
6. All other duties as assigned.

Must be able to handle stress and tension in a positive manner
