Job Description

Sales Territory: Montgomery County Prince Georges County Washington DC BaltimoreHoward County

Position: Part time 20 hours

Salary: $40000 base commission (bonus ranges from $based on performance)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and driven Nurse Liaison (RN)to support business development and referral initiatives across the company. Reporting to the VP of Business Development this role collaborates with internal teams and engages with external referral partners potential clients and existing clients.

This position combines clinical expertise with relationshipbuilding skills to expand our presence in the community and support clients home care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Conduct blood pressure screenings and Ask the Nurse programs at senior living communities to enhance the companys visibility develop relationships with residents and identify home care needs.
  • Partner with MedStar Montgomery to perform Nurse Safety Visits per partnership agreements and provide detailed reports to hospital staff.
  • Create and deliver educational presentations at senior living communities tailored to their unique needs.
  • Represent the company at conferences networking events and sales appointments to support referral and relationshipbuilding efforts.

Client Intake and Assessment:

  • Serve as a liaison between potential clients families and the nursing department to clarify skilled and CNA care needs guiding them toward appropriate solutions.
  • Perform onsite intakes for potential clients in hospitals and senior living communities to assess care needs and provide recommendations.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company as a liaison at events and provide professional presentations when needed.
  • Develop and maintain guidelines for working in hospitals and senior living facilities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet referral goals and support company initiatives.
  • Foster professional relationships with colleagues clients and external resources to ensure seamless communication and excellent service.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of nursing experience (community liaison experience is a plus).
  • RN Registered Nurse State Licensure (Required)
  • Organized selfmotivated and capable of working independently with a strong commitment to excellence.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
