Saint Louis University a Catholic Jesuit institution dedicated to student learning research health care and service seeks applicants for a nontenure track faculty position in the School of Nursing. The School of Nursing an integral component of one of the largest Catholic health sciences centers in the world has been in the forefront of nursing education since its founding in 1928. The School offers baccalaureate masters and doctoral DNP and Ph.D. programs and is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education. The School offers an infrastructure to support faculty research and practice and offers innovative curricula to effectively address current and future health care needs. Nominations and applications are invited for a nontenure track appointment in the School of Nursing This 9month position requires: Doctorate in nursing or a related field with a masters in nursing Certification as an advanced practice nurse required (Acute Care or Family Psychiatric Mental Health preferred) Strong teaching skills with the ability to teach at graduate or doctoral levels Active research agenda Publications commensurate with a doctoral program Licensure or eligibility for licensure and advanced practice approval in the state of Missouri Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience.
