RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete required QSAC orientation.
- Ensure health safety & welfare of individuals.
- Conduct formal and informal assessments of educational programs and behavior interventions.
- Supervise Teachers Assistants/Aides and participate in the implementation of educational programs and behavior interventions.
- Implement and adhere to IEP/Student Program.
- Supervise and implement completion of program/student documentation.
- Supervise and delegate responsibilities to Teachers Assistants/Aides.
- Complete and maintain training requirements.
- Complete required program documentation/certifications (e.g. Employee Medicals PPD CPR etc. as required).
- Interact/communicate with parents college interns professionals and other interested visitors.
- Punctuality and regular attendance is expected.
- Maintain participant/family confidentiality.
- Commitment to company values and adherence to policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and/or senior management.
Hourly Rate $21.00$27.00 (rate dictated on level of certifications and experience)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree or higher in one of the following areas: Child Psychology Child
Development Elementary Education NurseryGrade 6 Elementary Education
Special Education (Students w/ Disabilities B2 or 16 or General
Education must have at least 12 credits specific to early childhood
within any of these areas - Experience with Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.
- Ability to run.
- Ability to safely assist lifting individuals of various weights & 20 lb items.
- Clearance through state mandated Background/Fingerprint Check(s).
- Ability to communicate effectively with others and individuals served.
