In partnership with the Store Manager model and lead a customerfirst selling culture through effective routines visual brand standards and engagement behaviors.
Assess and analyze business trends utilizing all available reporting to problemsolve business opportunities and take appropriate action.
Consistently exemplify maintain and foster the culture and values of World Market.
Recruit develop and retain a highperformance customerfocused team that aligns with our company values through training recognition and performance management.
Support and maintain a safe work environment through ongoing safety training awareness and accountability.
Plan for and execute daily business tasks and duties assigned by and in the absence of the Store Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Freight Flow
Responsible for managing overall store logistic processes that support company initiatives and productivity goals.
Utilize all company tools and training resources to ensure the team follows logistic processes visual standards and stocking routines.
Manage visual publication calendar and delivery schedule to plan and execute all logistics workload; partner with Assistant Manager of Operations or Assistant Store Manager to schedule for workload.
Maintain and manage stockroom standards and organization that supports efficiency and safety standards.
What Youll Bring
Leadership skills including: Excellent customer experience behaviors a strong sense of urgency attention to detail creative problem solving and sound decisionmaking skills that align with strategic initiatives effective delegation and validation and the ability to execute daily priorities efficiently.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant leadership experience in a fastpaced specialty retail selling culture is preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends depending upon the needs of the business.
Minimum Age 21 years.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
